How will I receive my payment?
To receive payments on StayCaribbean, you must select your payout method in the Payments & Payouts section of your account. Payout methods include bank transfers or ACH, PayPal, Payoneer Prepaid Debit Cards and Western Union, among others, depending on where you’re based.
How do I upload products?
To upload products on StayCaribbean is very easy and straightforward, you simply has to become a host, which can be found under “More” in the header menu bar at the top of the Main Page and follow the steps which will allow you to list your products. Once you are satisfied, press save and submit your product.
How do I update or extend my availabilities?
The best way to manage your bookings and avoid cancellations is to keep your calendar up to date. You can mark dates as available or blocked so that it’s very clear to guests who are interested in your place. In your User Dashboard: 1. Go to Calendar and select a listing, 2. Select a date or multiple dates, 3. Under Availability, select Available or Blocked, then 4. Click Save. Your calendar will be updated.
How do I increase conversion rate?
To increase your conversion rate is very straightforward, we suggest hosts follow these steps: Turn on Instant Book, Price their rental competitively, Avoid cancelling bookings, Respond to guests as soon as possible, choose a flexible cancellation policy, Reduce your minimum stay and increase your maximum stay, Boost your reviews, and ensure to Keep your calendar up-to-date.
