Enjoy our large traditional villa located in the upscale gated-community of Mammee Bay Estates. Room for the whole family plus more to vacation, relax and unwind.
Imaging making plans for a vacation with your family or a group of friends. You want to do something different, set your own pace, not be bound by hotel timetables and dress codes. Preferably, you’d like just to be in a vacation house with your family and friends and your staff to attend to you.
You know what you want, but is it available? Well, of course it is! You’ve just described some of the advantages of a Jam Villa Resort vacation!
Think of it – a tropical island, a boutique resort setting, nestled in Jamaica’s most beautiful guard gated beach community, the sheer bliss of basking in the sun in a secluded cove, dining under the stars by candlelight, just the two of you, or the entire party. Wear what you like and feast when you’re hungry on delicious Jamaican and American home-cooked meals prepared by our gourmet chef.
Indulge in the various Villa amenities, pool, tennis, basketball, billiards, Bluetooth speaker system, or take a short walk down to Mammee Bay Beach or enjoy the island’s many attractions.
Do everything or simply do nothing…It’s your vacation.
Accommodations
The main house includes seven bedrooms (rooms 1 to 7 sleeping up to 17) at $1100.00 per night. The property also features a block of five poolside bedrooms (rooms 8 to 12 sleeping 12) for an additional $600.00 per night. The main house includes a living room, formal dining and a guest kitchen. All reservations include maintenance and housekeeping services including our on-property host. Private gourmet chef available also.

Room 1…. king size bed, ensuite bathroom.
Room 2…. king size bed, ensuite bathroom.
Room 3…. king size bed, ensuite bathroom.
Rooms 4 and 5….queen size bed in each, adjoining bathroom.
Room 6 and 7....Parents/kids two-bedroom unit with access through room 6.
Room 6…. kids’ bedroom with queen size bed, ensuite bathroom.
Room 7....king size bed, ensuite bathroom.
Three-fold up beds are also available for the main house.
Poolside Rooms...sleeps 12
Room 8....two queen size beds, ensuite bathroom, ensuite kitchen.
Rooms 9-12....each has a king size bed, ensuite bathroom.

Our kitchen staff will be happy to do your grocery shopping for you. There is a service fee of $50.00 per trip which covers the time and round-trip transportation to do the shopping. Chef service labour rates vary depending on the number of guests in each group.

Guarantee Policy
- A valid credit card will be required upon booking;
- For credit card reservations, the same card(s) must be presented upon check in at the respective hotels;
- Management reserves the right to cancel any reservations without notice if we are notified of any fraud or illegal activities associated with the full payments received.
Children Policy
- Child under 5-year old: free of charge.
- Child from 5-year old to under 12-year old: surcharge $10/person/room/night.
- Child from 12-year old or extra Adult: surcharge $15/person/room/night.
Cancellation/Amendment Policy
- If cancellation/amendment is made 72 hours prior to your arrival date, no fee will be charged.
- If cancellation/amendment is made within 72 hours, including reservations made within 72 hours of your arrival, 1st night’s room rate and tax will be charged
- In case of no-show, 100% room rate and tax will be charged.
- Early Bird/Long Stay/Last Min/Package Rates are Non - changeable & Non - refundable
