• Force Majeure: In cases of emergencies such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or health crises, we may offer a credit voucher or partial refund at our discretion.

2. Retail or Food & Beverage Services (e.g., Tropical Fusion Smoothies, Juice Bar)
• Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of our freshly made products, all sales are final once the order is prepared or delivered.
• Incorrect Orders: If your order is incorrect or not as described, please notify us within 24 hours. We will either remake the item or issue a store credit.
• Allergies & Dietary Concerns: It is the customer’s responsibility to inform our team of any allergies. We are not liable for reactions due to undisclosed dietary restrictions.

• Physical Products: Refunds or exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
