Welcome to Stay Caribbean! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the rules and conditions that govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using Stay Caribbean, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
Stay Caribbean is a Caribbean-based marketing and listing platform for vacation rentals, activities, and car rentals. We connect travelers with hosts, property managers, tour operators, and rental services.
We are not a property management or travel agency and are not responsible for the actual provision of accommodations, tours, or vehicles listed on our site.
2. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using Stay Caribbean, you warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activities under your account.

4. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by the host. Stay Caribbean facilitates transactions between users and hosts but does not directly handle services or property ownership.
Payment terms, cancellation policies, and any additional fees will be outlined at the time of booking. Always review property-specific rules before confirming.
5. User Conduct
Users agree not to:

• Violate any laws or third-party rights
• Engage in abusive, discriminatory, or harmful behavior
• Circumvent or attempt to access non-public areas of the Platform
Stay Caribbean reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.
6. Reviews and Feedback
Users may leave reviews based on their experiences. All reviews must be truthful, respectful, and non-defamatory. We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that violates our guidelines.
7. Limitation of Liability
Stay Caribbean is not liable for:
• The condition, safety, or legality of any listing
• Cancellations, delays, or disruptions in service
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our liability in all cases is limited to the amount paid to us for the booking in question.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, content, branding, and features of the Platform are owned by or licensed to Stay Caribbean. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we’ll notify you through the Platform or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and Jamaica. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable local laws.
