Listing is free. You only pay a 10% commission on bookings confirmed through StayCaribbean.
How it works
- 1. Apply. Fill in the short partner sign-up form with your details.
- 2. Get approved. Our team reviews your application and may ask a few questions about your business.
- 3. Create your listings. Add photos, descriptions, guide prices and key details from your partner dashboard. We check each listing before it goes live.
- 4. Receive enquiries. When a traveller enquires about your listing, we send you their details and request so you can reply to them directly.
- 5. Confirm and welcome guests. You confirm availability, the price and your own terms with the guest, take the booking and payment yourself, and look after them during their stay.
What it costs
- Free to list. No sign-up fee, no monthly fee and no charge for enquiries.
- 10% commission only on confirmed bookings. If a guest who found you through StayCaribbean confirms a booking with you, a 10% commission is due on that booking. If an enquiry doesn't turn into a booking, you pay nothing.

What can I book on StayCaribbean?
Villas, city apartments, holiday homes and chalets; hotels and guesthouse rooms; boat charters; tours and excursions; and airport transfers, across the Caribbean.
How do I make a booking?
StayCaribbean works by enquiry. A traveller sends an enquiry from your listing and we pass it straight to you. You confirm availability, price and your own terms with them and take the booking and payment yourself. StayCaribbean does not take payments. Online booking is coming later.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Cancellation and change terms are set by you and agreed directly with your guest. Because StayCaribbean does not take payments, we do not process refunds or payouts. Commission (10%) is only due on bookings confirmed through StayCaribbean.
How can I list my property or service?
Visit our Partner with Us page and apply. We welcome property owners, boat and tour operators, transfer providers and Caribbean tourism representatives.
Do I need to pay anything to list?
No. Listing is free. You only pay a 10% commission on bookings confirmed through StayCaribbean.
