Centrally located only 25 minutes from Kingston Airport, spacious one bedroom apartment in New Kingston.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK

1) PARTIES (of any kind) ARE NOT ALLOWED anywhere on the complex AND ARE SUBJECT TO HAVING YOUR RESERVATION CANCELED IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND.

2) This complex also houses permanent residents and families so please be respectful and considerate in regards to noise levels while on the grounds, in your apartment and in the common areas. If playing music in your apartment please keep your music to moderate levels.

3) Gentle reminder, this is a self-catering holiday accommodation, we provide the first round of toilet paper. Please make provision to stock-up on these (toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags and dish-washing liquid) and other necessary items that you will need to enhance your stay.

4) Bath towels and bed-linens ARE PROVIDED but NOT replenish, hence, the washing machine, clothes pin and a dry-yard to hang wet clothes are provided to assist you with the laundry.

5) Please note, face towels/wash rags are not provided due to hygiene reasons.

6) We strive to be ECO-FRIENDLY. We are proud to announce that we have installed ECO-SENSORS on our A/C UNITS. The A/C units will work thoroughly if all windows and doors are closed (close the bathroom door as well). If the doors or windows are left opened while the AC is running, the AC will SHUT OFF because it presumes no one is in the property and turns itself off as a safety mechanism. YOU WOULD NEED TO RESTART THE AC WITH THE REMOTE IF IT SWITCHES OFF.

6) IMMEDIATE CHARGES
Please refrain from smoking inside the property. Smoking is not allowed inside the property and comes with stiff penalty cost.

US$250 charge for smoking inside the property.
US$80 late check-out, subject to availability.
US$80 early check-in, subject to availability.
US$50 charge for dirty dishes and pots left in sink.
US$50 charge for garbage left inside the apartment.
US$20 charge per towel for avoidable stains left on the towel.
US$25 charge per night, per extra guest.

7) The included cleaning fee at RESERVATION, is for us to clean the apartment at CHECK-OUT. Housekeeping "DURING" your stay is provided for an additional cost of US$60 per housekeeping visit if cleaning is desired. This should be requested 24hr in advance.

8) GENTLE REMINDER THINGS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL
* We cannot be held responsible if the elevator is out of service.
* We cannot be held responsible for the lack of internet service caused by the supplier. Flow and Digicel are the leading network providers and they are prone to experience disturbance in the area.
* We cannot be held responsible for power outage cause by the supplier. JPS is the network provider and they are prone to experience disturbance in the area.
* We cannot be held for water shortage, the National Water commission is prone to have disturbance.
* Jamaica is a tropical country prone to lots of insects and other creepy crawlies like lizard, always carry insect repellent.
